You will be working as Regional Service Delivery Manager, reporting to Service Owner and will be a part of IS Division located in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible to own stakeholder relationship for relevant services, including performance management, demand gathering, service escalations and improvements. Ensures overall business satisfaction with existing Infrastructure service. Has a visible and expert leadership in Infrastructure service line in the further development and effective implementation of services planning and continuous improvement strategies, optimizing the development of commercial effectiveness of the service.

Your responsibilities

• Liaises for Infrastructure Services Domain demand related topics between Business Area, Division, Clusters (Lead Business) and GBS IS Domains and the Infrastructure Services Domain .
• Ensures execution of Infrastructure Services Domain service delivery (within agreed quality, cost and SLA’s) to Region/Cluster Lead Business and GBS IS Domains
• Contributes to key processes such as catalog management, standard change, service level management service level management (service level reporting, user support, access management and request fulfillment processes).
• Supports the implementation of IS strategy and the ABB IS Enterprise Architecture principles
• Acts as Region/Cluster (Lead Business) and GBS IS Domains single point of contact (SPOC) for all Infrastructure Services Domain related needs
• Engages with stakeholders, identifies and addresses Infrastructure Services Domain related risks and supports stakeholders and Infrastructure Services Domain Service Owners for ITGC concerning activities
• Supporting the Change Advisory Board (CAB), supports prioritization on the execution of region/cluster related changes in service(s) and application(s)

Your background

• Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
• Superior IS developing and operations skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies
• Excellent experience in project planning and execution
• ITIL 4 foundation certification is a must
• Proven ability implementing service design and transition with agile project management methodologies for service roll-outs and upgrades
• ITIL, SCRUM, Lean and DevOps certification preferred
