Regional Service Manager

The work model for the role is: Remote This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries in the North region. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring customer focus, urgency, and care in your direct area of responsibility, building sustainable customer relationships for growth, satisfaction, and retention. Driving the development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score) to consistently improve customer experience. Allocating, driving, and monitoring work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload. Managing a team of service professionals, guiding their development, and ensuring effective organization and direction within your area of responsibility. Qualifications for the role

• 15+ years of experience in a Field Service function, Field Service Management, or Project Management roles and experience with 800xA, Harmony/S+, or heritage abb control systems
• Sound knowledge of all ABB Field Service tools and methodologies
• Have transactional fluency in SAP, SalesForce, and Power BI applications
• Basic industry knowledge of Power Generation & Transmission, Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, and Utilities & Water, and renewable energy
• A 4-year degree in Process Automation, Computer Science, or Engineering is desired or comparable military technical training and minimum 15 years of relevant experience or a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (English).
• Must have a current visa or be authorized to work in the United States
