Resident DCS Service Technician

In this position, you will provide technical support for PAPI P&P Service, Process Automation Process Industries (PAPI), delivering superior, professional service, remotely or on site. A Resident DCS (Distributed control system​) Service Technician will be required to work independently and as part of a team based on customer/contract requirements.

Operations Manager

Your responsibilities

• Technical skills will be considered the foundation of this position to deliver contract services, provide sales support, and opportunities for revenue growth
• This position will be focused on the Harmony DCS; Symphony Plus experience is also helpful
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft, networking, and Cyber Security is a plus
• This person will need to be self motivated and self directed to accommodate the numerous customer responsibilities

Your background

• Associate’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or other related field is required and minimum 8 years of relevant experience required
• Commitment to excellence, problem solving, teamwork, technical orientation, analytical, customer orientation, professional attitude
• Good communications skills are a must
• The work experience will include DCS Systems Maintenance, Configuration and Process Control
• Resource shall have exceptional troubleshooting skills to resolve most problems
• This a resident position, travel would be minimal
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
