    Risk Review Team Leader

    As a Risk Review Team Leader for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for leading the contract terms and conditions’ check and review, owns risk review process and ensure timely and proper preparation risk review material, Lead risk review meeting, etc.

    Finance Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Being responsible GRR application and lead GRR meeting with global, clarify GRR or contract management related regulation
    • Reviewing and updating Local RR policy to in line with GRR policy changes. Ensuring the execution of RR regulation in local
    • Being responsible for work allocation on RR application and contract review task in team
    • Discussing contract terms and conditions with global lawyer for large complicated GRR projects
    • Cooperating with external lawyers to deal with lawsuit cases (mainly AR case), discuss lawsuit strategy, assess lawsuit risk and support to provide evidence documents
    • Cooperating with Sales to negotiate terms with customer, avoid/mitigate contract risks
    • Organizing GRR related training to FES sales and other tasks assigned by line manager
    • Coordinating control owner to ensure these processes comply with ABB IC requirement, support on process review by KPMG/Deloitte, etc.

    Your background

    • A bachelor-degree (major in lawyer or risk management)
    • 8+ years of contract/risk management and commercial experience in manufacturing company
    • Working knowledge of SAP
    • A lawyer’s license is better
    • Familiar in MS Excel is must and power BI is better
    • Be fluent in read and written English
