Incubator Manager and Global Product Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Understanding the challenges and needs of cobot and robot users and translating them into actionable tasks
• Based on user input, think creatively and propose solutions
• Participate in the design and development of front-end software solutions to improve user experience using robots
• Work with ABB RAPID robot programming language, RobotStudio, as well as ABB’s Wizard easy programming, and web development tools
• Test and validate hardware and software solutions with ABBs cobots / robots
• Work in projects and activities with ABB teams located around the world including China, Italy, Sweden, etc. These activities can be with different functions from marketing to deep RnD
• Work in a tightly-connected, cross-functional team, be a strong contributor of the team

Your background

• We are looking for a strong contributor, therefore minimum 2 years working experience in a similar field is required
• You have software programming experience, which language is not important because we believe you will be able to learn new programming languages if you have a foundation in the field. But familiarity with cobot / robot (any brand) programming or knowledge of RobotStudio would be an advantage
• You should have experience with developing front-end software, and can demonstrate that you understand the importance of user experience and how end-users interact with software
• You should be interested in working and testing on real cobots / robots from time to time

• You are willing to communicate openly with others; you speak fluent English, additional language skills are a bonus
