    Sales Account Manager (Robotics)

    In this role as Sales Engineer for Automotive Industry in Robotics ,you will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB robots & systems in Turkey. You will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs, especially for automotive end users and Channel partners. You will mainly be responsible for sales of the entire range of our extensive portfolio at selected customer sites. Work location can be varied İstanbul / Kocaeli-İzmit / Bursa

    Your responsibilities

    • Represent ABB Robotics professionally, maintain and expand existing business with Autotive end user accounts & channel partners.
    • Liaison between customer demands and ABB robotics portfolio including global systems, solutions
    • Create a database of customer knowledge that will help ABB robotics to build a sales strategy to meet current and future customer needs Develops a close knowledge base and relationship with key decision-makers within the customers’ engineering, purchasing and production groups.
    • Manage entire bid & proposal contract period, including solution concepts, project quotes, budgets, timing and change requirements, if required, in collaboration with inside sales and other global resources.
    • Manage sales forecasts and sales leads updates sales database within a required timeframe.
    • Resolve commercial issues with key customer accounts. Own all transactions to complete satisfaction of the customer

    Your background

    • A specific degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable degree, alternatively degree in business administration with technical work experience,
    • Professional experience of at least 5 years in Sales with experience in Robotics business or industrial automation,
    • Experience in working with Sales force and web-based tools,
    • Fluency in English, Turkish knowledge is a must,
    • Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills with an open-minded personality,
    • Willingness to travel by managing collaboration with customer onsite and online
