    Sales and Marketing Director

    As a Sales and Marketing Director for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategy for Motor business to achieve the organization's short and long-term sales goals.

    Business Manager - E2E

    Your responsibilities

    • Executing Divisions’ marketing and sales strategy, initiatives, and sales tools in China
    • Prepare sales forecasts; establishing sales targets and monitor the performance of organization against these goals
    • Overseeing the overall sales and marketing budget, monitor the cost and effectiveness of sales and marketing activities to optimize resources and prioritize activities
    • Pursuing major prospects and leads and negotiate terms of sales with major clients to build sustainable and profitable growth
    • Ensuring all the sales activities are compliance with legal requirement and company’s regulations
    • Leading, directing, evaluating and developing the sales and marketing team to achieve established sales and profit goals
    • Guiding and motivating the subordinates
    • Managing, coaching, developing sales managers

    Your background

    • Graduate level with Industrial Automation and Electrification or equivalent experience
    • Deep understanding of industrial products e.g.: motors, drives, compressors, pumps, fans and general machinery
    • 10+ years related experience in sales and sales management
    • Strong sales management skills and excellent leadership skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Excellent innovation and can-do spirit
    • Strategic view on the market development, channel management and people development
