You will be mainly accountable for: • Developing and maintaining sales tools and systems starting from opportunity management to quotation management all the way to order management. • Job will include business unit process owner responsibilities to manage development on specific process areas. • Collecting and defining development requirements together with business users. • Actively participate testing as a part of new development cycle. • Creating training and user support material as well as giving trainings to end users. • User support and problem solving together with a team.
