As a Sales Engineer for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities for AMR/AGV solution in Automotive industry.

This position reports to

Business Manager - Portfolio

Your responsibilities

• Studying customer needs and identify market opportunities for AMR/AGV solutions in Automotive industry
• Having collaborative approaches with LBL sales team, to establish professional customer relationships with selected accounts through regular visits and calls to understand their needs
• Organizing and attending customer meetings and industry events to promote our value to customers and effectively influence customer’s decision-making
• Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin
• Gaining deep understanding of company sales processes and apply tools in a broad variety of situations to conduct daily work
• Performing other business development duties as assigned

Your background

• 5 to 8 years of sales experience in AGVs and/or related applications, experience of automotive industry preferred
• Familiar with Automotive/Logistic applications
• Good English communication abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
