    Sales Engineer (Motion & Drives)

    A key role in assisting the sales team, the Sales Engineer prepares sales proposals for Motion/Drive Products in Ankara/Türkiye. In this role, your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in providing customers with efficient and effective solutions.

    Sales Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution.
    • Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
    • Prepares sales plans using company tools
    • Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
    • Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques
    • Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
    • Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers
    • New market opportunities Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-, collaboration

    Your background

    • Graduated from Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Control and Automation Engineering
    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
    • Good knowledge of all Low Voltage Drives sales to Machine Manufacturers
    • Product and market knowledge of LV drive systems
    • Advanced in English skills
    • Turkish knowledge is a must
    • Teamwork and customer-oriented profile with strong communication skills
    • No obstacle for travelling
