To strengthen our sales team we are looking for a dedicated sales engineer with immediate effect. In this position you will actively work the railroad technology market for electric drive technology in Germany and be the overall contact person for our customers in new business and service sales. This position reports to

Head of Sales & Service Traction

Your responsibilities

• Support of existing customers within and outside the warranty period
• Acquisition of new customers for new systems as well as services and retrofits - Calculations, preparation of offers and customer visits
• Analysis of customer and market structures with a view to life cycle management of fleets
• Active preparation and management of risk reviews
• Sales of new systems in the field of on-board converters and compact converters, as well as service products

Your background

• Technical degree, alternatively technician degree with several years of professional experience
• Relevant professional experience - we are also happy to give career starters with an affinity for sales a chance
• Ideally sales experience in capital goods or service solutions requiring explanation
• Knowledge of the railroad technology market is an advantage, as is knowledge of vehicle technology and drive technology
• Fluent language skills in German and English
• 25-30% willingness to travel nationally
