Join us as Sales Manager for the Process Automation Business Area where you will be responsible for leading and developing and coaching the sales organization proactively, to exceed the sales targets through high performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting to Local Division Manager and will be based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia

Your responsibilities

• Creating, planning, and implementing sales strategy and business development initiatives, in alignment with global sales strategy
• Establishing sales targets and ensuring sales achievement through regular oversight
• Identifying opportunities and potential new customers within defined geographical area, and determines plans for acquisition and allocates resources
• Coordinating the flow of information for sales activities and transactions besides evaluating data to ensure achievement of goals
• Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers
• Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales
• Monitoring client financial status and reporting besides managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels
• Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed

Your background

• Min 8 years of experience in Measurement & Analytics Field
• Min Bachelor Degree in Electrical or relevant field
• Experience in PAEN & EPC industry
