For Smart Building we are looking for an Local Product Group Sales & Operations Planning Leader who will be responsible to drive our sales & operations planning (S&OP) process to a next level and to connect it with the sales & operations execution (S&OE) process. Focus is on the supply planning process, the demand-supply-balancing and reconciliation to drive and support the S&OP process from operations perspective. The LPG S&OP Planning Leader supports the Local Product Group connected using the Demand Plan input to perform a solid supply planning process and to provide feedback and input towards the following S&OP steps. Next to the creation and facilitation of the monthly supply planning drumbeat, the task is to engage stakeholders and providing a process design ready to use and deploy for supply planning and reconciliation. Strong implementation focus, change management and clear definition of process-responsibilities is key to success. Do you have a proven track record in the field of Planning and Fulfillment?     Your responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate projects aimed at improving planning and fulfillment metrics such as On Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Lead Time and Plan Accuracy.
    • Design and implementation of the S&OP related process from operations perspective (supply planning, reconciliation).
    • Governance of the monthly supply planning drumbeat and related KPI and reporting.
    • Manage projects during SAP S4/Hana introduction to drive the internal planning and disposition process to a next level by using the strength of S4/Hana.
    • Build-up competencies within the organization by training and coaching of the Planning & Fulfillment community.
    • Perform standard and ad hoc analyses related to S&OP and S&OE metrics such as plan accuracy, on time delivery, including identification of key root causes for non-performance and identify / drive related improvement initiatives.

    Your background

    • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent and >5 years working experience in SCM or Planning & Fulfillment
    • Proven track record of improving Planning & Fulfillment, especially in the area of Sales & Operations planning implementation and improvement
    • Key skills and execution experience for Supply Planning
    • Strong communication skills in English, next to solid consulting and facilitating skills
