In this position you will be part of a team, that enables a fact based decision making backbone as well as communication setup for sales operations. This is achieved by providing data transparency, analytics, and supplying tooling for different stakeholders within sales. Cooperation, open communication, proactivity, agility, and ownership are vital for our success. Your responsibilities

• Support detailed gap analysis across the sales operations processes
• Execute projects to establish tooling and processes as needed in order to support the entire process from order to delivery (OTD)
• Execute projects supporting the global adaption of an integrated business planning process that optimizes production planning & fulfillment according to customer needs
• Execute projects that develop processes and best practices for finished goods inventory management, for sales and operations planning (SOP) and purchasing and for logistic operations
• Documentation of procedures and activities

Your background

• Degree in engineering / computer science or proven experience
• Ability and willingness to dive into new functional areas of the business
• Profound coding skills and experience (preferred .NET / C#) and analytical skills
• Profound data base knowledge (preferred powerBI, MS SQL Server)
• Analytical skills and a data driven mindset
• Good communication abilities and service oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and German
• Passion for process optimization and automation
