Sales Process Support Specialist

This is a Sales Process Support Specialist role, reporting to the OPC Channel Support Team Leader in Business Area - India Operations Centre, Process Automation (INOPC PA) based in Bangalore, India. You will be primarily responsible to provide internal and external customer support (e.g. Channel Partner re/authorizations, channel data processes, training & access administration) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• Taking charge of the practical handling of Channel Partner Re/Authorization processes in Salesforce for all Partner accounts globally
• Managing Channel Partner Contracts through CLM
• Working with Channel Sales to maintain, complete & up to date Salesforce records
• Facilitating required ABB Value Provider Program processes, logistics, renewal follow-ups
• Facilitating access administration of Channel Partner personnel to all necessary ABB web resources, based on defined criteria
• Facilitating and managing enrollment of Channel Partner personnel to relevant onboarding Sales & Technical trainings based on defined criteria in Partner Program
• Monitoring & maintaining training records of Partner participation in e-learning and virtual/classroom trainings
• Supporting marcomm team with implementation of relevant ABB Portal updates with a consistent approach

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Computer Applications
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience with Salesforce and Sales process support roles, is a plus
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
