As a Sales Specialist for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for analyzing, establishing and expanding networks with key-institutions (strategic end-customers, system-integrators, reseller, universities, associations) in the respective market/industry analyze technical trends and innovations as well as derive and communicate corresponding recommendations internally as well as to the other subsidiaries.

Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

• Working under pressure to fulfill sales targets.
• Acquisition of key customers in the respective OEM EV market.
• Looking after and consult customers in the respective OEM EV market.
• Analyzing and communicating necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing etc.) to the adequate departments
• Analyzing and communicating necessary strategic marketing activities (industry and competition analysis) to the adequate departments and subsidiaries
• Being responsible for reaching the targets in turnover and units in the industry

Your background

• At least 5 years key account sales experience in EV motor (stator, rotor, EDS, battery) market
• Foreign invested company strongly desired and good communication skills in English
• Must be high flexibility
• Must be proactive, aggressive and initiative
• Good interpersonal & presentation skill
• Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (preferred).
• Good sales track record
