You will be working as Sales Specialist and will be part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Panel Builders Channel Manager and will be responsible to maintain an effective sales channel strategy in specified market to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations, executing marketing and sales to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor partners performance
Your responsibilities
- Implementing sales and marketing strategy for E-Mobility business development in Egyptian market, continuously conducting market analysis and defining competitors’ profile to identify proper positioning of ABB for best competitive edges
- Leading and developing technical partners’ network specialized in EV chargers’ applications
- Providing commercial and technical support and training to all sales team, customers/partners within allocated market
- Comprehending, teaching and utilizing value based selling techniques to sales and partners to improve competitiveness in the market while maximizing profitability
- Coordinating between partners and factory for higher service level to the market
- Establishing marketing and sales targets, ensuring achievement through regular oversight, defining and implementing improvement plans to raise awareness of preset goals and objectives
- Maintaining strong relationship with key partners, providing full support for levering up capabilities to grow in volume, coverage area and sales network
- Ensuring to achieve Financial KPIs as per pre-set targets
Your background
- BSc. degree in Electrical Power
- 3-5 years in Sales and marketing
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language
