    In our Electrification Business Area we are looking for key people to new business develop in electrification distribution market. As a Sales Specialist you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

    This position reports to

    Sales Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Build and manage commercial relationship with customers, with a focus on volume, mix and profitability for every solution.
    • Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience Analyze different customers’ needs to offer them a customized solution.
    • Develop sales plan and proposal according to market needs.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • Able to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in ways that promote beneficial working relationships.
    • Work with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.

    Your background

    • Engineering degree or technical diploma.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales.
    • Experience in electrical distribution (medium-low voltage products and system, digital distribution solutions).
    • Ability to translate customer requirements solutions and knowledge of Microsoft tools.
    • Ability to communicate both in Italian and English languages.
    • Availability to business travel in the province of Modena-Reggio Emilia.
    • Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile.
