    Sales Specialist

    We are looking for a Sales Specialist for Building Application for the province of Napoli and Caserta. The candidate will be responsible for the development of the territory regarding sales volumes, products mix and solutions and customer portfolio. The products / solutions to be promoted are related to secondary energy distribution, home & building automation, video door entry systems and charging stations for electric cars in the residential, tertiary and commercial sectors. In this role the candidate will use their experience to foster the creation of lasting relationships with customers by focusing their attention on customer satisfaction. You will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

    This position reports to

    Sales Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Build and manage commercial relationship with customers, with a focus on volume, mix and profitability for every solution.
    • Develop sales plan and proposal according to market needs.
    • Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience. Analyze different customers’ needs to offer them a customized solution.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • Bring product news and marketing campaigns proposed by the company to the market.
    • Work in a sales team in order to identify and develop new market opportunities and the achievement of team goals.

    Your background

    • Engineering degree or technical diploma.
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales.

    • Experience in Energy distribution, Home & Building Automation door entry systems.
    • Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions. Ability to develop customers relationship.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
    • Be an excellent team player.
    • Residence in the province of Napoli is required.
