You will be working as Sales Specialist and reporting to Sales Manager for Electrification business area, Smart Power based in Mumbai, India. You will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and develop sales opportunities

Your responsibilities

• Working closely within the Specification team, and coordinate with the sales & marketing team to
• effectively communicate ABB solutions and deliver a "Specified by ABB" proposal
• Developing work relationship with all architects in the building segment market
• Developing the specification with the Tier 1 nominated accounts of consultant customer base, become a technical expert on ABB electrification business products and solutions
• Promoting usage of E-design software by providing solutions on electrical design projects which
• also includes providing budget pricing, design support, and layouts
• Delivering periodic technical presentations and customer seminars to the consultant customer base
• about the latest offering ABB
• Timely & quickly update of the customer and opportunity information in SFDC in line with the
• assigned budget & decided strategy
• Maintaining a high level of connection through in-depth knowledge of the customer's organogram,
• decision-making & business process

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in sales MCB, DB, Switches, Panel builders
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all
• levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism
