    Sales Specialist

    As a Sales Specialist for Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for creating, planning and implementing sales strategy and business development initiatives, in alignment with global sales strategy.

    Global Segment Manager-Chemicals&Refinin

    Your responsibilities

    • Ensuring and driving profitable growth in his/her region
    • Achieving sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency
    • Developing and driving sales opportunities (both Solutions and Services) to meet budget expectations in his/her assigned region
    • Executing Go to Market strategy for his/her assigned region
    • Achieving and exceeding quantitative and qualitative assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
    • Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers ensuring efficient marketing communications
    • Identifying customer needs and competitor offers through market analysis, ensuring efficient marketing actions and communications demonstrate the value proposition of the products, systems, service and packages

    Your background

    • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
    • Minimum 5 years of sales experiences in direct sales and Partner business
    • Solid sales professional with demonstrated complex sales experiences across various territory
    • Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling across systems, solutions, products and service categories
    • Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms
    • Strong communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and influencing skills
    • Understanding of Framework Agreement development
    • Knowledge in engaging customers in the field of lubricants & Grease, Paints, coatings &resins, Pulp & paper, and/or specialty chemical (adhesives etc.) production is preferred
