As a Sales Specialist for Process Automation Business Area in Xi’An, China, you will be responsible for cooperating with ABB colleagues from LEC and other countries on international marketing exploring & customer relationship maintenance.

Your responsibilities

• Seeking for projects’ information, prepare offer and related documents both on technical and commercial.
• Pursuing projects by visiting, online meeting and other efforts to change offer to order. Supporting Sales during customer visitation, meetings and events. Presenting documents professionally to customer audience.
• Being responsible for relationship-selling, partnering, and managing of international accounts.
• Developing/maintaining close working relationship with Financial Services Project management, Customer Service, and Technical Services.
• Preparing documents such as price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations.
• Investigating and expediting warranty claims and complaints in accordance with company policies.
• Ensuring business activities comply with relevant Acting and legal demands as well as ABB policies and directives
• Establishing detailed calculations and specifications for our product range
• Generating specifications for Rectifier, Transformers, Cooling units, Harmonics power filters etc. under considerations of the relevant technical standards IEC, GB, EN, etc.

Your background

• At least 3 years’ experience in study, design and calculation in a Power System. Familiar power electronics is a plus
• Person needs to be good at documenting and must be meticulous in issuing component specifications and other calculations
• Master’s degree in Electric Power System and Automation
• Familiar with PC, AutoCad, MS Office, Email, Internet
• Experience in Simulating power electronics circuits with Matlab Simulink or another similar tool.
• English skills speaking and writing fluently
