    Position summary

    iness. Reporting to Business Development Manager, you will identify initiatives collaborating with colleagues and develop business opportunities with Channel sales team in Japanese market. Main Accountabilities: 1. Strategies Participates in the development of Business Development initiatives to penetrate JP market and create long-term plans. Take the lead on the segment strategy you have been assigned. 2. Targets Achieves each initiative targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed. 3. Market Intelligence Continuously assesses market trends, structure, customers, competitors, industries, applications and country analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target initiatives. Feeds back to the Business area for Asian Pacific/Global Product Groups on market trends, competitive landscape, market-pricing expectations, and local conditions to win. 4. Customer Relations Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders and other decision makers. Communicate with line Manager and colleagues to build trust with key customers and get to know customer's organization. Acts as focal point for Plans, facilitates and conducts customer negotiations. 5. Customer Knowledge Develops, maintains and shares detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behavior, organization, decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, and competition. 6. Marketing Coordinates the use of internal or external resources (e.g., technical, advertising, and marketing) in order to provide value added services to accounts. 7. Collaboration Find and secure opportunities for each initiatives and take over it to Channel Sales Group accordingly. Business Development Group and Channel Sales Group will communicate closely and respond flexibly to expand local business. 8. Administration Enters all relevant sales data into appropriate databases systems.
    Qualifications for the role

    •  Basic Theoretical with 5+ years of experience for working industrial segment
    •  Native level of Japanese language
    •  Fare in English for business conversation, Good in English reading and writing
    •  Knowledge on electrical product business
    •  Strong leadership
    •  Open-minded
    •  Understanding on importance of Integrity, Health, Safety and Environment
    •  Result orientation
    •  Customer focus
