    Sales Specialist - Motor

    In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service for Motion Business Area in Seoul, South Korea.

    This position reports to

    Product Sales Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
    • Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
    • Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
    • Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualification
    • Over 5 years of working experience in Motor and Drive Industry
    • Solid sales skill and competency in Motor and Drive Industry
    • A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
    • Good understanding on internal and external market trend such as digitalization linked to ABB ability
    • Agile learning competency on new technology
    • Fluent negotiation skill in English and Korean
