    Sales Specialist - North-West

    Reporting to the Sales Director France, your main mission will be to sell services and complex solutions in the North West region of France to a customer base of paper mills, steel mills and food companies. You will use your experience and motivation to build long-lasting relationships with customers through excellent service.

    Your responsibilities

    • Assume the role of Account Manager: Develop a portfolio of key accounts using group tools such as account plans
    • Develop sales in your geographical area in accordance with the sales strategy and internal rules while maintaining the required margin level
    • Work in project mode with the support of an internal team that draws up estimates and provides figures.
    • Develop customer loyalty, particularly through the deployment of our service offer
    • Prospect for new customers, particularly in the food industry, by implementing a strategy adapted to the market and through the identification and development of new market opportunities
    • Negotiate contracts with our customers (commercial and legal aspects) with the support of internal services.
    • Develop and maintain a portfolio of key accounts using group tools such as account plans
    • Define the business development strategy and the 4-year action plan for the sector
    • Formalize the sales follow-up through the Sales Force CRM

    Your background

    • You are a Business School graduate with a minimum of 5 years sales experience in heavy industry,
    • Or you have 10 years of experience in complex sales in heavy industry (Electrical engineering, Automation, Digital).
    • You know how to work in project mode in the design and manufacture of complex equipment.
    • You can put forward your organizational and anticipation skills for this position. You know how to make proposals and you are focused on customer satisfaction. Finally, you are known for your ability to formalize projects.
    • Fluent English required
    • Strong awareness of health, safety and security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
    • Frequent travel in your North-West sector (50%)
    • The site and the team are based in Beynost (01) - suburb of Lyon
