    Sales Specialist OEM (80 – 100%)

    You will be accountable for sales of electrification, low voltage products in automation and machine manufacturing segment, for Swiss OEM market, driving sales volumes and margins.

    This position reports to

    Sales Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
    • Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
    • Using your knowledge of customers’ applications and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
    • Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities
    • Collaboration with ABB distribution partners and offer customers optimized customer journey

    Your background

    • At least 3 years of experience in sales
    • Sound knowledge of low voltage control products and the Swiss automation and machine manufacturing market
    • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
    • A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
    • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
    • A technical qualification preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering
    • Fluent in German and English, preferably also in French
    • Current driver’s license valid in Switzerland and permission to work in Switzerland
