Sales Specialist- OEM

You will be working as Sales Specialist- OEM and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Power division based in Kolkata, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager – Product and will be responsible for sales of products in panel building segment and end user segment within West Bengal in accordance with organization’s strategy. Building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities

• Developing joint business plan with distributor, execute & review. Effectively managing receivables
• Forecasting and implementing sales plan and meet set objectives in SFDC. Achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target – product wise
• Managing primary & secondary sales in allotted cluster/area. Meeting PBs (type B & C) , end user on a regular basis to generate sales opportunities
• Planning and conducting promotional activities on new product range along with BD team. Planning and executing product promotion schemes for distributors
• Continuous coordination with channel, cluster, branch, service, marketing and communication teams
• Updating lead / opportunities and other activities in SFDC

Your background

• Incumbent must be Bachelor of Engineering preferably in Electrical Engineering
• Must have experience of handling Panel Builder business - 5 to 8 years
• Knowledge of Basic computer operation in Microsoft Office Tools
• Good knowledge of LV switchgear products and can understand SLD of Panel
• Fluent in Local languages (Bengali / Hindi / English)
