    You will be working as Sales Specialist - Segment and will be the part of Motion business area for Drive Products division based in Mumbai, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible for growing the business and bringing the business through channel partners / OEMs / system integrators / EUs

    Your responsibilities

    • Achieving the sales target of completely new business in HVAC / water segment for drive products ( VFD / PLC / Servo Products), primarly focusing on channel partners / OEMs / EU/ system integrators market
    • Look for new customer, opportunitity untapped by ABB Achieving the order target month on month and collecting the overdue in time, developing new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in cluster, working together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth
    • Preparing business plan for each focused market focused on activity, driving business growth with EU / CP/ OEM /SI’s with proper business planning and intime support and continuously gaining knowledge on new applications to present ABB product advantages better
    • Doing inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition, working closely with the CP / OEM / SI’s and sharing success stories, selling with proper product positioning
    • Commiting to meet the budget numbers, coordinating with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed, interacting regularly with CP / OEM/ SI’s sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment
    • Coordinating with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery, regularly giving update on business done product line wise and market wise and preparing monthly MIS and submitting to stake holders

    Your background

    • Bachelors of Engineering or Diploma
    • Minimum of 10 years experience and knowledge on the HVAC / water segment market, drives & automation is preferred aggressive and result oriented, knowing to sell volumes and values
    • Strong communication skills
