As an Sales Supp. Special.-Techn. Sales Supp. for Motion Business Area in Wuhan, China, you will use product configuration tools to provide technical solution acc. to customer requirements and complete sales offering.

This position reports to

Sales Supp. Special.-Techn. Sales Supp.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting sales to communicate and do technical clarification with customer
• Preparing comments & deviation acc.to customer specification for target projects
• Executing technical solution quality improvement projects to improve customer satisfaction
• Working as a contact window between sales and factory to secure smooth implementation of target projects
• Being responsible for narrow factory manufacturing gap, enlarge factory technical offering
• Providing product training & technical communication to customer to increase customer satisfaction
• Making proposals on industry customized products by fully analyzing market needs and application feature
• Supporting PG finance controller to prepare risk review assessment
• Studying and providing product-level competitive analysis report of focused applications

Your background

• A Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience in electrical machine design is preferred
• Experience in machine application is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels
• Enthusiastic, innovative and able to change
• Ability to work globally within different cultures
• Good in English
