Sales Support Lead

Your responsibilities

• Executing sales order and supporting with continuous focus of efficiency and reliability improvement. Identifying, proposing and running optimization initiatives to ensure flawless execution of purchasing process
• Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery, ensuring invoice processing, overseeing supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues
• Initiating supply orders in the system, confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring and tracking supplier performance to purchase order requirements
• Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price
• Analyzing requirement for sales order, customer enquiry as an input from ABB Sales office, screening of enquiry for completeness and check for missing information
• Creating quotation or proposal in SAP, submit, update spare parts master with latest price and sale order creation for certain LBLs

Your background

• B E or B Tech in Mechanical or Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in working with enterprise resource planning systems, preferably with SAP
• Experience in Order management on SAP, Creation of Full cost models and RFQ management
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and good presentation skills
