Sales Support Specialist

technical sales and bidding in data center business of growth industry business line in process industries division and should have strong knowledge on DCS system, configuration, design, architecture and estimation Responsible to do estimation for Turnkey control and instrumentation packages. Should have knowledge on data center Electrical Power Management System (EPMS) and Building Management System (BMS) instrumentation Analyzing the customer's needs with respect to our product offerings and proposing solutions to the customer to help them achieving their objectives. Looking after technical evaluation, cost benchmarking, risk and opportunity analysis of the solutions provided Coordinating with the cross functions like operations to understand the solution feasibility, experience of the solutions offered, presenting latest technologies to the customers, consulting and responsible for third party replacement offering support to countries in MEA and India sub-continent on need basis Understanding ABB portfolio of offering in control system offering solution, services in data center offerings. Developing new offering tools, offering strategy to design an optimum solution to increase our winnability and supporting in planning and implementing marcom plan with technical aspects of the solution
Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Communication or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in technical sales, estimation, offering and customer interface
• Experience in estimation, positioning and selling instrumentation and automation systems
• Knowledge of data center solution, service offering or engineering can be an added advantage
• Experience in designing, engineering and digitalization offering in the industry will be an added advantage
• Presentation, verbal and written communications skills
