Sales Support Specialist m/f/d

In this position, you will contribute to the development of the turnover of the Gas and Liquid Analysis offer (products, systems and services), in support of the itinerant sales team, by defining, costing and developing technical solutions that meet the needs of customers. You will report to the PAMA FR Back Office Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Technical qualification, feasibility, specifications and calls for tender
• Preparation of offers (costing and technical writing) and promotion of technical solutions in support of the sales team
• Participation in technology watch
• Contact person for the customer for the follow-up and the execution of the order
• Planning of supplies and respect of deadlines and management of guarantees
• Conformity of the equipment and services delivered to the customer order

Your background

• At least bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Control, Automation, Industrial IT)
• At least 3 years of experience in quotations with installers and/or integrators in a BtoB context
• Mastery of computer tools: Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), CRM (Sales Force)
• Good level of written and spoken English and French
• Knowledge in electricity, industrial analysis, instrumentation would be a plus
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
