    Sales Support Specialist – Switchgear (80 – 100%)

    For our locations in Baden or Morges, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to prepare offers for medium-voltage switchgear for distribution grid operators and industries as well as charging station infrastructure for bus operations. You are sales-oriented, like to take responsibility, like to work across teams and independently.

    Your responsibilities

    • Coordinate requests for quotations and deadlines and prepare documentation
    • Designing and describing the main components for optimum power distribution according to customer requirements
    • Supporting sales in technical matters (electrical power supply in general, switchgear, etc.)
    • Analyzing and assessing enquiries, specifications and tenders from a technical and commercial point of view
    • Conducting purchasing negotiations in the offer phase with support from Supply Management
    • Preparation of the offer documentation in the form and number requested by the customer or planner.
    • Continuous improvement of the quotation process
    • Working location can be Morges (VD) or Baden (AG)

    Your background

    • Degree in electrical engineering (HF or FH)
    • Experience in the field of energy distribution networks (medium voltage an advantage)
    • Experience in tendering and contracting
    • Reliable team player and personality with integrity
    • Independent, customer- and sales-oriented working style
    • Very good knowledge of German, French and English
