Sales Support Specialist – Switchgear (80 – 100%)

For our locations in Baden or Morges, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to prepare offers for medium-voltage switchgear for distribution grid operators and industries as well as charging station infrastructure for bus operations. You are sales-oriented, like to take responsibility, like to work across teams and independently.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate requests for quotations and deadlines and prepare documentation
- Designing and describing the main components for optimum power distribution according to customer requirements
- Supporting sales in technical matters (electrical power supply in general, switchgear, etc.)
- Analyzing and assessing enquiries, specifications and tenders from a technical and commercial point of view
- Conducting purchasing negotiations in the offer phase with support from Supply Management
- Preparation of the offer documentation in the form and number requested by the customer or planner.
- Continuous improvement of the quotation process
- Working location can be Morges (VD) or Baden (AG)
Your background
- Degree in electrical engineering (HF or FH)
- Experience in the field of energy distribution networks (medium voltage an advantage)
- Experience in tendering and contracting
- Reliable team player and personality with integrity
- Independent, customer- and sales-oriented working style
- Very good knowledge of German, French and English
