For the unit of the Global Robot Repair Center in Mošnov, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of "Salesman for Service Services", who would expand our existing team and help us take our services and products one step further. Your responsibility will be to actively offer overhauls, repairs and technical solutions to our existing customers. You will receive a stable portfolio of our customers, for whom you will prepare offers and presentations in English. As part of this role, he will also travel within Europe with local ABB colleagues. Travel for this position is in the range of 6-12 visits to our customers within Europe per year. Within this position, after learning, you can work 100% from home or combine it with working in the office. This position will provide you with a tremendous amount of flexibility and independence in the exciting field of robotics. Your responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships within other ABB units and with customers worldwide
  • Customer visits together with local ABB colleagues
  • Visits and online meetings for the purpose of discussing/promoting the portfolio of the repair and overhaul center in Mošnov and solving active cases
  • Working with ABB units worldwide to arrange buyback of ABB robotic systems
  • Promotion of products (internal and external), including marketing support
  • Preparation of offers, cost estimates, technical offers and contracts
  • Ensuring the delivery of our products in perfect quality according to customer requirements, communication with production and the quality department
  • Adaptive pricing based on current demand and the market situation
  • Creation of a buyback offer
  • Optimizing the sales process and developing business channels
  • Monitoring the market situation, active search for new opportunities

Your background

  • Secondary/university education (in a technical field)
  • Business experience (technically focused product)
  • English language at communicative level min B2 (written / spoken) – all communication will be in English
  • Technical background
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Good communication skills
  • Independence
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 6-12 visits to customers within Europe per year)
  • Experience with MS Office tools – spreadsheets, Excel, working with data and its extraction and filtering
