As a Project Specialist for Robotics & Discrete Automation for Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will participate in the execution of system projects within the Body-in-White China department, support project managers to execute the projects successfully.

This position reports to

Project Manager

Your responsibilities

• Releasing the Purchasing Request in SAP and follow the status of orders
• Initiating and leading internal meetings (at the initiative of the project manager)
• Preparing work meetings (internal & external) upstream and write the minutes of meeting
• Following the administrative & financial aspects of the projects (order registration preparation, follow-up & billing reminders…)
• Preparing shipping requests, and shipments in interface with others department (transport, warehouse etc.)
• Following topics of improvement tools/methods of the Project Management Office
• Back-up of project managers, if required

Your background

• More than 2 years of experience in, working as project assistant or associate PM role, experience in Body-in-White will be a plus point!
• Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors
• Sound knowledge of robotics system and the line-building market,
• Knowledge of MS outlook/PowerPoint/word/excel and SAP
• A strong communication and convincing skills
• Fluent English speaking and writing
