The SAP Business Analyst PLM/PP & Service Manager Motion Switzerland is ensuring reliable & sustainable ERP application landscape and business processes aligned with the strategic road map. Furthermore, in this position, you will build consensus among business groups while implementing or adjusting business process. In this role you are reporting to the Head of IS Application & Tools Motion Switzerland.

Your responsibilities
- As SAP Business Analyst PLM/PP you will work on requirements management, conception, analysis and modeling of processes and SAP-system in close coordination with the process owners, ABAB Developers and other SAP consultants.
- Main areas will be in Document Management (DMS, DVS), eBOM/mBOM/, Material Master, Variant configuration, serialization, Interfaces (MES, Windchill, Production Planning.
- Support and manage E2E implementation of changes in SAP as well as support of SOX related activities.
- As SAP Service Manager you are defining & driving our ERP Strategy and Roadmap for Motion Switzerland, aligned with ERP Center of Expertise.
- Member of the ABB Switzerland SAP Change Advisory Board.
- Functional leadership of local SAP Community (Business Analysts, Support & Power Users).
- Management of Project and Change Portfolio cross module.
Your background
- Profound knowledge of SAP PLM & PP.
- Holistic knowledge of SAP ERP E2E processes and interfacing applications (e.g. SCM, MM, SD, WM, MDG).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in SAP as consultant.
- Experience in S/4 Hana implementation projects.
- High social competence, team player, excellent manners, customer orientation Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with managing application/services or implementation projects/processes.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills as well as methodical competence in implementing of business requirements to SAP.
- Experience in working with internal and external suppliers and independent and quality oriented as well as able to convince and inspire.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
