The work model for this role is: #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Profit & Loss Responsibility: Accountable for the financial performance of the Home Solutions product line, including revenue, profitability, and cost management. Regularly report progress and results to the Business Line Leader. • Business Growth & Strategy: Lead the product line's growth in alignment with division and business line strategies, ensuring simplicity, speed, and accountability in all operations. • Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure the organization remains externally focused, understanding and meeting customer needs by delivering innovative, sustainable products and solutions that enhance customer experience. • Market Opportunities & Product Delivery: Identify and secure new market opportunities. Drive product positioning and demand creation through effective marketing strategies and collaboration with sales teams. Deliver on-time, high-quality products that meet customer expectations. • Innovation & Sustainability: Leverage ABB's technological advancements to build an eco-friendly and sustainable product portfolio. Promote a sustainability-focused culture in all business activities and product development. • R&D and Operational Excellence: Drive an integrated approach to portfolio management through R&D, product management, and operational excellence. Ensure efficient processes to meet business targets. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with sales teams and other departments to ensure a unified approach to delivering customer-driven solutions. • Compliance & Process Optimization: Implement and uphold ABB's compliance standards, focusing on optimized end-to-end business processes. Share functional best practices and lessons learned to foster continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications for the role

• Proven experience in product line management, business growth, and strategy execution with strong financial acumen and previous P&L responsibility.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in the home solutions sector.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong operational and R&D management experience combined with experience in driving innovation and sustainability in product development.
• Expertise in marketing strategies, demand creation, and product positioning.
