    As a SCM Specialist for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be coordinating with local, and global resources to execute sourcing plans for Local and global Machines and Generators.

    This position reports to

    Procurement Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Being responsible for supplier/materials development and management
    • Ensuring supplier capacity and lead time management
    • Being good at supplier risk, relationship and sustainability management
    • Working with platform products manager for the cost reduction action implementation
    • Sourcing strategies implementation
    • Supplying market investigation and commodity cost benchmark implementation
    • Being responsible for supplier foot print investigate and implementation
    • Ensuring cooperation & coordination with global category and commodity manager for optimized supply chain
    • Being good at supplier contract coverage and Supplier qualification support

    Your background

    • 4years (majority in SCM) in a multicultural environment Determined and active attitude
    • Good communication skills and proficient in negotiations
    • Fluent in English
    • Must be a good team player
    • Must have good technical background will be plus
