    Senior Customer Success Manager

    As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for helping customers be successful in achieving the expected outcomes from their One Care agreement purchases with ABB. These outcomes, depending on the customer could be a variety of things: Downtime risk reduction, Maintenance cost reduction, knowledge flight risk reduction, etc. You will be interacting with people from different disciplines: delivery, portfolio, customer support, sales, etc. to help customers achieve their stated outcomes and optimize their experience with ABB. Your goal will be to help ABB translate those successful outcomes with customers into high agreement renewal rates and expansions of our agreement scope with those clients. You will also play a significant role in the shaping of the Customer Success Management practice by assisting with the creation of processes and procedures.

    VP - Service Sales

    Your responsibilities

    • Manage and execute relevant activities within assigned customers throughout their contract lifecycle: LAND, ADOPT, EXPAND and RENEW.
    • Activities above include but not limited to productive hand-offs from sales, successful onboardings, effective adoption motions, periodic business reviews with customer stakeholders, expansion and renewal motions
    • Achievement of renewal targets within assigned customers
    • Assisting sales team in the achievement of expansion targets within assigned customers
    • Assist in the development of Customer Success Processes and Procedures

    Your background

    • Bachelor degree and 12 years of relevant experience within a complex business environment required
    • Travel up to 30% required
    • Prior experience in Customer Success Management strongly preferred
    • Experience in the management of recurring revenue offerings highly preferred
    • Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills required
    • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
