    Position summary

    s. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work. • Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them. • Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them. • Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.     Qualifications for the role

    • You are immersed in absorbed in our R&D function, you enjoy working with Solidworks / Creo 3D design tools
    • Ability to demonstrate your experience in design of sheetmetal parts, casted & machined metal parts and molded plastic parts with 5 to 10 years of experience in medium voltage switchgear domain.
    • Possess an enhanced knowledge of design of mechanical parts and assemblies, prototyping, typetesting and PLM with Solidworks or Creo 3D software
    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering with proven experience in relevant field
