    Position summary

    Senior Electrical Test Engineer

    In this position, you will provide assistance in testing and verification activities on a range of assignments. In this role, you will be in charge of executing testing activities for low- and medium-complexity systems, subsystems or products, according to schedule and in line with quality and safety guidelines.

    Quality Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • Developing your leadership skills by guiding and supervising technicians and less-experienced peers. Develop them with the proper techniques/courses as necessary (compliance with ECAP program)​.
    • Preparing project test documentation and providing technical assistance during installation of test objects.
    • Assisting in the preparation of proposals for engineering projects.
    • Following work plans and cost estimates to ensure high-quality and timely implementation within targeted cost (ensure the test facilities as well as tooling and equipments).
    • Helping with risk and opportunity assessments and reporting any issues for resolution.
    • Lead the witness tests coordinated with the technicians as well as the customers (hybrid models).​
    • Ensure the record of the electrical tests such as evidence, pictures, reports, etc.​

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (mechanical electrical, mechatronics, electrical automation or related).
    • Knowledge in DMAIC methodology - 5's - Greenbelt, Core Tools (PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.)
    • 5+ years of experience.
    • English Advanced Level.
    • Experience in testing low voltage and medium voltage equipments.​
