System Design and Configuration:
Participate in the design and configuration of information systems based on functional specifications.
Ensure alignment of system design with business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with technical architects and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Translates ambiguous ask into processes, policies and business requirements.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and drives decision regarding improvement opportunities.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that the implemented solutions meet business requirements.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve issues during testing phases.
Conduct system integration testing to validate end-to-end functionality.
User Training and Support:
Provide user training and support during system implementations.
Create documentation and training materials to facilitate user adoption.
Address user inquiries and issues, collaborating with support teams as needed.
Develops comprehensive plan to implement process changes (includes training, communications, supporting doc, tools impact, etc.)
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organization's information systems.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field or More than 15 years' experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role, with a focus on information systems.
Experience with MARC warehouse management system.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning).
Knowledge of database management and SQL.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
In-depth understanding of business processes and their alignment with technology solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
