Join us as Senior Logistics Engineer for the Electrification Business Area in China where you will be responsible for the planning and designing of material distribution mode and packaging mode between warehouse and production line, track the implementation effect, and optimize and improve related logistics scheme according to the tracking status.

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your responsibilities

• Cooperating with production, design distribution mode
• Managing and understanding intelligent equipment technology in warehousing industry, introduce intelligent equipment, improve automation level, and optimize resources
• Handling logistics and packing improvement projects, improve the productivity of receiving, distribution, and packing
• Accountable for warehouse layout design and space utilization optimization
• Preparing and updating the operation instruction of logistics and packing
• Controlling and optimizing external warehouse cost and transportation cost between factory and warehouse
• Evaluating and promoting the improvement of the third-party logistics, reduce related CCRP
• Developing and improving related system, such as SAP, MES, IHOUSE

Your background

• Bachelor or above with 5 years work experience in related function
• Have experience in doing PFEP before and in intelligent warehouse and logistics
• Knowledge and experience in logistics and packing Management and in managing suppliers
• Mechanical Electrical Manufacturing Industrial or equivalent experience and ability to solve problems and coordinate with cross-functional teams smoothly
• Strong logical thinking ability, good data statistical analysis ability and certain ability to observe and analyze for the eight type wastes on site
• Knowledge of lean manufacture tools, six sigma, quality improvement experience is preferred
