    Position summary

    specially in smaller units. The work model for this role is: #LI - Onsite. This role contributes to the Process Automation - Energy division in the India region. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project handover, execution planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. • Providing leadership and active involvement in continuous improvement and simplification. • Supporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders. • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract closeout, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. • Taking responsibility for the team's KPIs.
    Qualifications for the role

    • You enjoy working in project management across all markets, with a focus on electrical, instrumentation, automation, and telecommunication projects.
    • You have over 15 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in team management.
    • You possess advanced knowledge of project planning tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and SAP.
    • You are passionate about team management, negotiation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership.
    • You hold an engineering degree in Electrical or Electronics.
    • You are comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
