    Senior Project Manager

    As a Senior Project Manager for Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for leading project team including subproject manager to complete the large and complex project execution within Budget, On Time Delivery and good Quality, and secure the customer satisfaction.

    Global Segment Manager-Chemicals&Refinin

    Your responsibilities

    • Defining the project scope and work to fulfill the scope with project team
    • Being responsible for project planning with team to secure on time delivery
    • Being responsible for the cost control to secure project execution within budget
    • Being responsible for project quality control to secure the customer satisfaction
    • Leading project team to secure the project execution successfully
    • Being responsible for collecting contract money from customer on time
    • Summarizing the project lesson learned to share with team

    Your background

    • 10+ MAV, MEV or Process package solutions project management of Chemical industry background, especially in the fields of lubricants & Grease, Paints, coatings &resins, Pulp & paper, and/or specialty chemical (adhesives etc.) production is preferred
    • 5-10MUSD large project has been executed
    • Technical automation engineer background (DCS engineer/Instrument/Process engineer )is preferred
    • PMP certificate is prefered
    • Have courage to innovition and explore the new execution model.
    • Willing to take challenges and travel
    • Capability of working under pressures
    • Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
