    Position summary

    fic customer needs and issues besides Identifying and developing sales opportunities.

    Your responsibilities

    • Preparing sales plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
    • Making Timely Offers and focusing of conversion to orders thru lead management and opportunity funnel man-agement in SFDC
    • Generating the agreed sales volume along with profitable sales thru effective sales process and collecting of due payments timely and other liabilities of sales
    • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting cus-tomer understanding of full product offering, and aligning to provide a solution.
    • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
    • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers required to generate the desire sales volumes
    • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know- how sharing and cross-collaborations and submission of MIS reports as required

    Your background

    • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum 8-10 years sales experience with minimum 7-8 years low voltage switchgear sales experience
    • Sales Experience of Sales with OEMs is must
    • Good Communication Skills
