Have you already gained experience as an SAP consultant and are familiar with the most common SAP HCM modules? Do you understand business requirements and want to actively shape and continuously optimize IT processes? Does this sound like your dream job?

Your responsibilities

• Acting as qualified contact person for SAP HCM
• Providing ongoing support of SAP HCM applications
• Analyzing and correcting errors
• Reviewing and customizing new requirements
• Implementing and optimizing SAP solutions
• Ongoing documentation and training of users
• Management of projects and subprojects

Your background

• Completed studies (business informatics / computer science / business administration / technical college) or completed computer science studies (Austrian HTL) with corresponding professional experience or professional experience with SAP HCM
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience with two of the HCM modules
• High willingness to learn and to work hard, ability to work under pressure as well as strong communication skills
• Structured, solution- and process-oriented approach to work and cross-functional thinking
• Expertise in human resources (payroll and/or time management)
• Very good German and English skills
• Advantageous: ABAP knowledge as well as knowledge of social security law and tax law
