You will be working as Senior Software Developer and reporting to R&D Team Lead for Process Automation Business area, Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible for identifying proposing, and implementing innovative technology, software and/or solutions by contributing with own ideas. Working independently as a member of an R&D team

Your responsibilities

• Having experience as a Back End Developer, you need to analyze, design, code, verify, and validate according with ABB Guidelines
• Developing applications according to the requirements from the lead, proposing modular design and relevant interfaces to existing platforms, enhancing, and maintaining the platform, managing a good relationship with all SW team components and PMs in an Agile process
• Strong knowledge in software development methodologies, requirements management, SW Architecture, Agile process, and SW best practices
• Good soft skills for being able to work in a multisite development team and in a multicultural environment, to deal with different role team members

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree in B.E/ B.Tech from a reputed institution
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Application development
• Excellent knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, WebAPI, .Net core
• Should have 3years of experience in application development using .NET Core Technologies
• Working Experience of Relational database Oracle / SQL Server, Time series database, deep knowledge of Object-oriented programming and Design patterns
• Should have excellent troubleshooting skills at module, product & system levels using any of the tools
• Working with Pulp & paper industry applications & knowledge of any relevant applications will be an added advantage
