    Service Contract Manager

You will be part of ABB Marine and Ports in Västerås. ABB’s business for crane systems assists ports and shipping companies to transfer containers in a reliable, quick and cost-efficient way. Marine & Ports is specialized in advanced automation and information systems for motion control of all types of container cranes. We are the leading supplier of crane systems and are active worldwide.

    Your responsibilities

    • Responsible for selling and following up service contracts to global customers.
    • Working closely with local ABB units globally.
    • Planning and organizing resources to support the customer needs.
    • Organizing customer follow up meetings and prioritization internal meetings.
    • Budget responsibility for Service contracts, sales goals, etc.
    • Responsible for scheduling and follow ups with Marine & Ports on-call team and call center.
    • Supporting Service sales organization.

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in engineering is needed.
    • Since you will work in a global company, you need to master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales roles.
    • Having customer centric mindset, teamwork spirit and striving for excellence skills required.
    • Comfortable with close customer communication.
    • Driven person able to work independently and taking own initiatives.
    • Driven person with good initiative and a strong will to learn new things and grow.
    • A good knowledge in ERP system (SAP) is preferred.
