our responsibilities will include (but are not limited to); • Provide scheduling & coordination support to assigned projects through inquiry stage to final invoicing. • Open service projects in SAP. • Coordinate with the customer and ABB resources to schedule the work. • Complete the pre-job mobilization and HSE planning, with HSE supporting team. • Schedule resources, equipment/tools to perform job and provide handoffs so everyone is clear on their scope, duration, location and job number. • Working with the site job leader, coordinate the work to be performed in accordance with the proposal and job cost estimate. • Plan and request purchasing for material, internal services, and contractor services. • Plan, organize & track testing equipment needs and other tools. • Ensure final report, test sheets and recommendations for customer at the close of the job are completed promptly. • Provide commercial support to assigned projects through inquiry to final invoicing. • Interface with customers for initial or general enquiries. • This requires ability to review proposal and job cost estimate and validate with customer PO. • Ensure work scope gets fully completed and manage change orders with customer as appropriate • Complete billing sheet and ensure billing accuracy. • Plan EHS & technical training. • Attend project coordination meetings as requested or required. • Work closely under the leadership of the Service Manager to learn ABB's systems and methods. • Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
